At BCH there is no standard size or standard color. Every project is made-to order in a size to suit your budget and needs. NO MOLD CHARGE - NO PANTONE MATCH CHARGE. IMPRINT OPTION
Due to the variety of decoration options available in personalizing your Lucite ® Embedment, we suggest that you contact our customer service team for a detailed quote. We offer Laser engraving, silkscreening, acetate, metal plates, a variety of digital process, offset printing and more.
GUARANTEE/DIMENSIONS
We guarantee that defects in material or workmanship will be corrected without charge.
It is understood that variations of size, color, bad results of customer supplied embedments are characteristic of art quality handmade embedments and are not considered defects.
COLOR VARIATION
Due to the very nature of an embedment and the chemicals used in the process, please be aware that colors may differ slightly from those requested. BCH Unique does, however, make every reasonable effort to preserve color integrity.
RETURNS/ CLAIMS
No merchandise can be returned without prior written permission by customer service. Any claim for goods with defects must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Once art approval has been given and production begins, changes will result in additional charges.
Cancellations: all costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged.
OVER/UNDER RUNS
Due to spoilage and quality control of our custom production, we reserve the right to ship and bill plus or minus 5% of the quantity ordered. If you do not want overruns you will need to accept under runs otherwise extra charges will apply.
- If you wish to purchase extra pieces for your show room at the time of your order, you will be billed at order unit cost + freight. Please indicate clearly on your purchase order.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS:
When supplying customer-supplied items for embedment, please ship an additional 10% to allow for usage during the production process.
If items require additional preparation before embedding, the client will be notified of any additional costs and approval will be sought.
METAL CASTINGS DONE AT BCH:
BCH Unique makes all its castings in-house. Custom requests are welcome. New metal castings are periodically added to our standard line. Call us for information on what’s new! Metal castings and vials are sold exclusively for embedment in BCH Unique acrylic products.
EMBEDMENT RISK/LIABILITY:
Because the embedding process can substantially affect or alter the product to be embedded, we cannot guarantee the results of items furnished for embedment. While we attempt to identify and advise on embedment risk, we cannot guarantee results and will embed customer items only at customer’s risk and expense.
Always contact customer service before having items made for embedment such as metal castings or coins.
PACKAGING:
Each standard size item comes individually poly-bagged and boxed (white or brown- 1 piece box).
Rubber feet will be included inside the box on request.
Over-size items will be bulk packed.
Gift boxes, as well as personalized gift boxes, are available upon request at an additional cost. Contact customer service for pricing and examples.
INSERTION FEE:
Supplied business cards, letters, or greeting cards can be inserted with the item for at an additional cost. Please contact customer service to make arrangements.
SHIPPING/HANDLING:
Orders are shipped PREPAID using our preferred courier unless otherwise indicated on your purchase order. Freight, handling and service charges will be added to your invoice. Estimates are available on request. BCH reserves the right to select a suitable means of transportation to meet your deadline if needed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
All international shipments must be with FedEx. Contact your project manager to get an estimated Freight, Customs, Taxes and Duties charges.
SPLIT/DROP SHIPMENTS:
$5.00 (c) per destination after the first plus shipping cost.
All drop shipment addresses must be received at least 4 days in advance of the scheduled shipping date to avoid additional delays. Please indicate “DROP SHIP” on your purchase order.
RELEASE PROGRAM:
Entire release will be billed upon receipt of purchase order.
All release shipments must be made in full within one 12 month period from the date stated on your purchase order.
RANDOM SAMPLES:
We stock many extra items from previous orders and are pleased to supply them at no charge for your show room or sales presentation. Please contact customer service and provide your courier account number.
ARTWORK:
Refer to Artwork Requirements for more details.
Need our help in setting up artwork?
We have you covered. We can recreate your logo and add other design elements or text for $60.00 (x) per hour. PDF proof can be emailed within 24 to 48 hours.
PDF PROOF:
One layout per each different item will be provided via email free of charge for all orders and must be approved, signed, and returned before production will start. Delays in approving artwork may impact delivery date or result in rush charges.
- Additional PDF files will incur additional charges.
PRODUCTION TIME:
- 6 working days after art approvals for pre-production samples.
- 10-12 working days after pre-production approval to complete the order.
- For quantities of more than 50 units please contact customer service to confirm production time.
RUSH ORDERS:
Orders requiring shorter-than-published lead times may be possible. Please contact Customer Service for specific information prior to sending an order. FACTORY AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED ON ALL RUSH ORDERS AND A RUSH CHARGE OF AT LEAST 15% WILL BE APPLIED.
PRICING:

TRADEMARKS:
All liability for the proper use of logos or trademarks rests with the customer. We assume no liability for trademark or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, any items produced by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights. All logos shown in our catalog or website are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied.
